Participant information is strictly utilized to:
• Verify compliance with EN 15567 aerial adventure safety regulations;
• Confirm legal guardian authorization through digital safety waivers;
• Ensure on-floor medical responders hold accurate emergency contact data during arena incidents;
• Process transaction passes and communicate facility advisories.
3. Data Retention
Due to statutory insurance requirements governing sports liability and minors in athletic facilities, signed waivers and accident incident logs are securely archived for seven (7) years following the participant's eighteenth birthday.
4. Third-Party Disclosures
We do not monetize, rent, or trade participant records. Personal data is disclosed solely to payment gateway processors, legal insurers in the event of an evaluated incident claim, or emergency medical services if an injured climber requires immediate hospitalization.
