Terms of Service

1. Assumption of Risk & Inherent Danger

Climbing, aerial high-ropes courses, ninja obstacle traverses, and high-altitude jumps involve physical exertion and inherent risks. By purchasing an adventure pass or entering the arena, all participants and guardians acknowledge that despite engineered fall-arrest systems and strict monitoring, athletic injuries (including muscle strains and abrasions) can occur.

2. Mandatory Safety Briefings

No participant may enter any climbing zone or don a harness without having completed the mandatory 15-minute instructor-led safety demonstration. Failure to follow marshals' verbal safety instructions will result in immediate pass revocation without refund.

3. Footwear and Attire Regulations

All participants must wear clean, fully enclosed athletic shoes with rubber traction soles. Open-toed shoes, sandals, climbing boots with hard metal eyelets, slip-on shoes, and bare feet are strictly prohibited in harnessed arenas. Long hair must be tied securely back, and all jewelry (including rings, necklaces, and wristwatches) must be removed prior to harnessing.

4. Pass Cancellations & Rescheduling

Standard individual passes may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours prior notice. Group passes and whole arena private sessions require 7 business days notice for a partial refund or date modification due to dedicated instructor scheduling commitments.

5. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising out of the use of kioskmistyclover.icu or its physical arenas shall be governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom.
